The mushroom life cycle will take place within the included re-usable heavy plastic grow tray. The chamber (6) 2” holes drilled around the top of the chamber which are covered with micropore tape on the interior and duct tape on the exterior. Once your tray is fully colonized and it is ready for FAE, the duct tape can simply be removed and breathable micropore tape will be in place; to further prevent potential contaminants from entering the chamber and also allowing the chamber to breathe. Behind the duct tape we place a non-sticky paper separator so that the duct tape does not stick to the Micropore tape upon removal.
There are also 1/4” holes drilled around the mid to lower portion of the chamber (6 holes on each side) that are covered with synthetic filter disks. Beyond the first grow, the filter discs can be left in place or easily replaced with Micropore tape for the same effect.
Simply setup the growing tray with your mushroom spawn and supplemental nutrients, and place inside the MonoTub. Then fill the bottom of the chamber with filtered water to just below the white filter discs. With this design your mushies will enjoy a consistently humid environment and never get to dry.

While we offer UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select shipping options, this does not guarantee your order will arrive the day after or two days after it is placed. We place orders with express shipping on priority fulfillment and do everything possible to ship them as soon as possible, usually with same day service. UPS express shipping options do not provide Saturday delivery, so orders placed for Next Day or 2nd Day service on Thursday or Friday may not make delivery until the following Monday. Orders with subtotals of over $200 will be shipped with signature required.
