These jars can be used to produce nearly any type of mushrooms or spawn.
All jars are hydrated and sterilized via pressure cooker at 15 psi for 90 minutes and then shipped out within 12-24 hours. Lids come equipped with a self-healing injection port and also a breathable synthetic filter for clean gas exchange.
In order to inoculate the jars you will need to obtain mushroom spores or a liquid culture (NOT INCLUDED). These can be found easily for purchase on the internet. Simply inoculate each jar with 2-4 cc's of your spore solution, or up to 10 cc's of liquid culture. Leave your jars in a dark place with the room temperature set between 68°-78°, until they are fully colonized.
It is always best to inoculate your jars ASAP. If you are unable to inoculate right away, they should be used within 7 days. If you need to wait longer than 7 days I recommend you refrigerate them until you are ready.
Most orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 days of payment receipt; or 3-5 days for orders that include fruiting chambers, monotubs, or full grow kits. Occasional product backorder may delay your order for a few extra days. We will do our best to inform you if your order is expected to be delayed longer than 3-4 days. Transit time depends on the delivery method chosen during checkout. While we offer UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select shipping options, this does not guarantee your order will arrive the day after or two days after it is placed. We place orders with express shipping on priority fulfillment and do everything possible to ship them as soon as possible, usually with same day service. UPS express shipping options do not provide Saturday delivery, so orders placed for Next Day or 2nd Day service on Thursday or Friday may not make delivery until the following Monday. Orders with subtotals of over $200 will be shipped with signature required.
